Return Policy (14 Days)
We want you to love your piece from ResinFlowers.com. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging - including bags, display boxes, stands, and any included accessories - must be returned.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:
  • Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging so we can file a carrier claim.
  • We will replace the item or issue a refund once the claim is approved.
Return Process

1. Email info@resinflowers.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond with return instructions and a return authorization.

3. After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling, dropping, heat exposure, or other misuse
